Returns and Refunds
We can not accept returns on any personalised items unless they are faulty. When inputting any personalisation in the ordering process, please double check all spellings as we can not be held responsible for any type errors made at the time of ordering.
If you do discover any personalised item to be faulty, please email us – email@example.com or call on 01157 270517 within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange the return of the goods, we will then inspect the products on arrival, if we deem them to be faulty, we will either replace the products, or give a full refund at the customers discretion.
Any non-personalised items can be returned within 28 days.
